About 3D Printing

3D printing is a groundbreaking technology that allows a plastic material to be heated and squeezed in a line to create your model. A computer first converts a design into directions for the 3D printer. After the plastic is cooled, the model is taken off the 3D printer. New materials are being created for the printers to use. At MO3D we use 3 different materials (P.L.A., A.B.S., T.P.U.). You may have used A.B.S. before when building Legos® or even P.L.A. which is used in plastic films and food containers!
